If you feel that our product has not met your expectations, you are entitled to return the item or ask for replacement within 30 days from the time you received it.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item should be unused and be in the same condition when you received it, with tags intact. However, we do reserve the right not to refund or replace if the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition. To proceed with the return process, we will also need your proof of purchase or receipt.
Please be noted that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item and these are non-refundable. We shall not be liable on any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.
Non-returnable/non-refundable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in good condition, items delivered incorrectly, or items damaged through customer mishandling.

Damaged Goods Policy
Items damaged during transit will be assessed. Please send us an email with attached proofs such as photos or videos to firstname.lastname@example.org. After careful assessment of your dispute, we will provide you with the best options available but in most cases, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged good.
For returned items, we inspect the product upon receipt. We send notifications via email regarding your returned item and the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ; depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.
Our 30 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Banks and credit card companies have their own processing time and this could be the reason why refunds become late or missing. If you have not received your refund within 7 days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com. Please double-check your bank accounts before contacting us.
Cancellation of orders can be done within 24 hours and we can give you a refund unconditionally. Otherwise, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for items on sale.
